All accommodation stays are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Conditions of Booking
Bookings will be confirmed only with a deposit of 30% of total tariff.
The balance of the tariff is required in full on or before the final payment date
Charges to be paid by cash, bank transfer, bank cheque or credit card.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of bookings before or on the final payment date attract a cancellation fee equal to the deposit.
Cancellation of bookings after the final payment date will attract a cancellation fee equal to the tariff.
The property owners may accept changes to a booking after confirmation, but are not obliged to do so.

Conditions of Occupancy
The Host Guest will be liable to pay any charges incurred by any guest including replacements and costs for damage or loss to the Property. The Property is to be left clean and tidy with all dishes washed and put away all furniture and used items correctly stored in cupboards. All rubbish to be bagged and put into bins or removed from the property. Failure to comply may attract an excess cleaning charge of $50. The Property must not be use for unlawful purposes and guests are requested to adhere to noise abatement rules ensuring everyones peaceful enjoyment of the location. Occupancy commences and ends on the date as shown on the itinerary. The property must be left securely locked when absent for any period of time and upon check out. If you lose the key and the manager is required to unlock or provide another key a $50 key charge is payable. Guest"s vehicles must only be parked in designated areas. Only the number of guests agreed at time of booking may stay in the Property overnight. Please ensure that the unbooked beds are not used - to do so will incur an additional charge of $15 per bed per night. Animals or pets are not to be brought onto the Property unless special arrangements have been made prior to check-in as part of the holiday arrangement.

Terminology
Host Guest : the person or entity who makes payments confirming the booking.
The Property: the accomodation facility occupied, its contents and any common property used by the guests.
Check-in and check-out dates : The dates as agreed at the time of booking as the commencement and end dates of the occupancy.
Check-in time : the earliest time on the check-in date that a guest may occupy the Property. This is strictly 2pm.
Check-out time : the latest time on the check-out date that a guest may occupy the Property. This is strictly 10am.
Final payment date :
For bookings including School and Public Holidays the final payment date is 45 days prior to check-in date.
For bookings not including School and Public Holidays the final payment date is 30 days prior to check-in date.
